On Thursday, November 30, 2023, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, in Room 7301 of Building 7, the Human Resources and Organization Division held a briefing on developing individual workload agreements for departments, institutes, units, offices, and other similar entities. The purpose of this briefing was to ensure that these agreements align with the university’s established standards.
Led by Associate Professor Dr. Warit Chaojitt, Vice President overseeing personnel matters, and Dr. Premrudee Noon Sang, Acting Head of the Human Resources and Organization Division, along with department heads and performance evaluation staff, the briefing provided detailed explanations. Associate Professor Dr. Warit delivered a presentation titled “Developing Objective-Based Individual Workload Agreements.” He clarified the workload proportions for different position groups, including sub-degree, bachelor’s degree and above, academic rank holders, field operations staff, and junior management positions. Employees have the option to choose between two workload tracks: the standard track and the professional development track, which requires employees to produce work and apply for academic positions.
The briefing was well-received, with participants from various departments actively engaging in discussions and asking questions to ensure a clear understanding of the information for accurate implementation.
