Walailak University’s Human Resources and Organization Division Prepares for 5S Assessment

On February 2, 2024, the Human Resources and Organization Division at Walailak University, led by Dr. Permpradee Nun sang, Acting Head of the Division, prepared for the annual 5S assessment. Although the division was exempt from the assessment this year due to ongoing renovations at the main building and the temporary relocation of the department, the team remained committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Recognizing the importance of a tidy and efficient work environment, the Human Resources and Organization Division team proactively organized their workspace to meet the 5S standards, focusing on the principles of “Seiri” (sort), “Seiton” (set in order), and “Seiso” (shine). This proactive approach demonstrates the division’s dedication to fostering a productive and professional work atmosphere.

The division’s commitment to upholding the 5S standards, even when not required to participate in the formal assessment, reflects the organization’s broader culture of efficiency and order. This proactive stance sets a positive example for other departments within the university.
