HRO Welcomes New Staff with Orientation Program
On January 21-22, 2025, the Division of Human Resources and Organization Walailak University held an orientation program for new staff members of the fiscal year 2025. The event took place at the Hua Taphan Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Walailak University Hospital. The program aimed to welcome new members to the Walailak family and provide them with a comprehensive understanding of the university’s culture, goals, and strategic direction.
The event was graced by the presence of Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, President of Walailak University, who delivered a keynote speech on “Results-Based Management: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Innovation Development.” The speech provided new staff members with inspiration and a fresh perspective on their roles in driving the university forward.
A variety of activities were organized throughout the orientation, including ice-breaking sessions to foster camaraderie among new staff, group discussions, and workshops on various topics such as research support systems, career development, and university regulations.
