On September 10, 2024, the Human Resources Division and the Digital Technology Center at Walailak University jointly organized a workshop to provide training and enhance the skills of professional staff in using the HRMS performance evaluation system. The workshop was held both in-person at the Huatapan Meeting Room, Walailak University Medical Center, and online via Zoom Cloud Meeting.
Associate Professor Dr. Warit Chaojitt, Vice President, along with the Human Resources team, and Assistant Professor Dr. Thimaporn Petchkaew, Acting Director of the Digital Technology Center, and her team, graced the occasion with their presence and provided valuable guidance. The primary objective of the workshop was to ensure that all staff members have a thorough understanding and can effectively utilize the HRMS system for the annual performance evaluation in the fiscal year 2027.
During the workshop, participants received detailed presentations and demonstrations on how to use the HRMS system. The programming team from the Digital Technology Center explained the various steps involved, from logging in and entering performance data to reviewing and confirming evaluation results. Additionally, participants were given the opportunity to ask questions and exchange ideas.
This workshop marks a significant step forward in enhancing the efficiency and transparency of the university’s performance evaluation process. By encouraging all staff members to participate in self-assessment and peer evaluation, the university aims to promote continuous personal and organizational development.
