Training Program: A Stepping Stone to Success
To further enhance the capabilities of its employees, Walailak University has launched a comprehensive training program titled “Developing Work Performance for Professional Title Determination.” This program is specifically designed for staff members in operational and administrative positions who have reached the maximum salary level in their current roles. The primary objective is to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to develop a strong portfolio for career advancement.
Comprehensive Curriculum
The training program offers a well-structured curriculum covering all aspects of portfolio development, including:
- Guidelines and Procedures: A detailed explanation of the university’s regulations and procedures for applying for professional titles.
- Job Description Manual: Training on creating clear and comprehensive job description manuals.
- Routine to Research (R2R): Techniques and methods for transforming routine work into research or analytical projects to enhance the value of daily tasks.
Expert Faculty
To ensure the highest quality of instruction, the university has invited Mr. Jarongsak Phumnuan, a distinguished scientist from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, to serve as the program’s instructor. Mr. Phumnuan brings extensive experience in research and analysis to the training program.
