HR Team Holds a Meeting to Gather Feedback on Improving Performance Evaluation Criteria.
The Human Resources and Organizational Department (HRO) recently held a meeting with the directors of 27 centers, institutes, and departments to discuss and gather feedback on the performance evaluation system.
Associate Professor Dr. Warit Jawjit, the Vice President, led the discussion. The executives were divided into five groups based on the organization’s core missions to brainstorm and present ideas on four key topics:
Gathering Feedback: Executives were given the opportunity to provide their opinions on past performance scores at both the individual and departmental levels.
Suggestions for Improving Criteria: Participants collaborated to review and suggest ways to improve the evaluation criteria to cover quantity, quality, and timeliness.
Evaluation Guidelines Aligned with the President’s Policy: The groups exchanged views on how to best integrate the President’s policy into the evaluation process for maximum effectiveness.
Criteria for Scores of 90 and Above: Participants worked together to establish clear guidelines for assigning high scores (90 and above) to ensure a fair and consistent standard.
The HRO would like to extend its gratitude to Associate Professor Dr. Warit Jawjit, the Vice President, and all the executives for their time and valuable suggestions. Their input will be used to develop a more effective and equitable performance evaluation system.
