The Passport Office clarifies guidelines for official passport applications to HRO.

On May 27, 2025, representatives from the Passport Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, visited the Human Resources Division of Walailak University. The purpose of the visit was to clarify and ensure understanding of the guidelines for applying for official passports.

The primary objective of this meeting was to facilitate and provide clarity for Walailak University personnel who need to travel abroad for official duties. Representatives from the Passport Office explained the necessary steps and documents required for official passport applications. They also answered various related questions to ensure the process is accurate, prompt, and in accordance with government regulations.

A representative from Walailak University’s Human Resources Division thanked the Passport Office representatives for providing valuable information.
