As part of the university’s “Innovation 2026” showcase, the Division of Human Resources and Organization (HRO) introduced “V-ALERT: Smart Notification System for Foreign Personnel.” This initiative leverages digital technology to modernize HR processes and improve services for international faculty and staff.

Key highlights and impacts of the innovation include:

• Automated Expiration Tracking: Replaces traditional manual tracking with a digital alert system for international staff visa renewal deadlines, mitigating legal compliance risks and enabling proactive documentation management.

• SDG Alignment: Directly supports the university’s commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).
