Walailak University Advances Mid- and Junior-Level Leadership Development Program Module 2: Team Management
Walailak University, through the Division of Human Resources and Organization (HRO), organized Module 2: Team Management of the “Mid- and Junior-Level Administrator Development Program” (Batch 2). Designed to enhance team management competency and leadership among 65 university administrators, the training sessions took place at Walailak University on May 7, May 15, and June 12, 2026.
Module 2 focused on building high-performing, agile teams capable of adapting to organizational changes. Featuring distinguished experts from leading corporate sectors, the training covered three main topics:
Topic 1: Collaboration & Agile Teamwork Guest speaker Mr. Passakorn Kangwanchansiri shared insights on building effective teams through Agile principles, emphasizing flexibility, openness to change, and effective internal communication. Participants learned techniques to cultivate an inclusive team culture focused on shared goals.
Topic 2: Leadership Mr. Witthapon Jawjit, Assistant Chief Executive Officer – Human Resources at Banpu Public Company Limited, shared practical experiences in effective leadership development. The session covered strategic decision-making, inspiring teams, and managing organizational relationships to drive tangible outcomes.
Topic 3: Coaching and Mentoring Mr. Worasit Luadngoen, Manager – Capability Partner at Banpu Public Company Limited, presented a systematic coaching and mentoring framework. He introduced tools and techniques for administrators to effectively guide and unleash the potential of their team members, fostering continuous learning and sustainable growth.

The 65 participating administrators gained actionable mindsets and practical tools to immediately apply in their roles—particularly in leading teams, creating growth-oriented work environments, and mentoring staff to enhance overall organizational performance over the long term.
This session serves as Module 2, building directly upon Module 1: Self-Management. The curriculum is systematically structured to guide leaders from self-management to team and organizational leadership, preparing administrators to tackle modern workplace challenges and propel Walailak University toward becoming a sustainable institution of innovation and excellence.
