Change to Grow! HRO Empowers Staff to Co-Design Organizational Structure Under "HR in the Era of Change"

On May 5–6, members of the Division of Human Resources and Organization (HRO) moved the organization forward under the concept of “Change to Grow.” The team held an annual workshop and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity, visiting the Southern Protection Center for the Destitute in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province to donate clothing and essential everyday items. The event also featured a brainstorming platform titled “HR in the Era of Change,” empowering staff to participate in designing their dream organizational structure to prepare for future transformations.

The program commenced with the community service activity, where HRO staff delivered clothing, garments, and daily consumer goods to support residents at the Southern Protection Center for the Destitute. This initiative aimed to assist the facility’s operations while instilling a spirit of sharing and public consciousness among organizational personnel.

Following the CSR activity, participants engaged in the “HR in the Era of Change” workshop, a participatory human resource development program. The session provided a platform for staff to express opinions, assess potential, and co-design a “dream organizational structure” built for flexibility, agility, and alignment with rapidly changing modern workplace contexts, closing the event in an atmosphere filled with constructive exchanges and shared learning.
