Walaikak University organized Module 3 of the "Driving Performance Excellence" training course to enhance the skills of middle and lower-level executives.
The Division of Human Resources and Organization, Walailak University, successfully conducted Module 3 of the training course on “Developing the Potential of Middle and Lower-Level Managers at Walailak University,” titled “Driving Performance Excellence.” The training was held from May 22-24, 2025, at the Hua Tapan Room, Walailak University Hospital.
The objective of this training was to equip the university’s middle and lower-level executives with the skills necessary for effective management and for achieving organizational goals. Key topics included:
Supervision, Control, Performance Monitoring, and Improvement, with a special lecture by Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, President of Walailak University.
Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS or OpEx), led by Dr. Kanokkan Ketkaew, Acting Associate Dean of the School of Management.
Innovation Development with Design Thinking, presented by Ajarn Songphan Chanthong, a lecturer from the School of Liberal Arts.
Relevant Laws for Managers, taught by Assistant Professor Jintana Unhavaitaya, Head of the Legal Division.
The training environment was collaborative and lively. Participants actively engaged in Q&A sessions, exchanged ideas with the speakers, and enthusiastically participated in hands-on workshops. This approach fostered a deeper understanding and developed practical skills applicable to their management roles. This course marks another significant step in Walailak University’s commitment to empowering its personnel for sustainable excellence.
